What You’ll Do

As our Data Analyst, you’ll be a key player in the company, working closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Delivery, as well as directly with our clients. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll:

• Turn data into insights that shape business strategy and product improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and provide clarity.
• Analyze data to measure the success of business strategies or product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insightful, actionable reports.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Help identify tools and methodologies to enhance our analytics capabilities.
• Communicate findings effectively, ensuring data insights are clear, concise, and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Data Analyst who thrives on collaboration and solving problems creatively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation techniques.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of subscription-based or travel industry metrics.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and tools like DBT.
• Basic understanding of machine learning techniques.
